What is Kinder Ranch like?

Kinder Ranch is newer, greener and very family-focused. Streets wind past greenbelts, the pool is the summer hangout, and evenings bring out the strollers and bikes on the trails. It sits within the greater Timberwood Park area, so you get that Hill Country feel while staying close to US-281.

Homes are mostly newer construction, with single-story and two-story plans and a mix of gated and non-gated sections. Prospect Creek, Sunday Creek and Hastings Ridge are the gated neighborhoods.

Kinder Ranch schools

This is Kinder Ranch's headline feature. The community is in Comal ISD, and two campuses are right on Kinder Pkwy: Kinder Ranch Elementary (2035 Kinder Pkwy) and Pieper High School (1400 Kinder Pkwy), which opened in 2021.
